Plant operator • Hooker County, Nebraska

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a plant operator in Hooker County, Nebraska. The role involves level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines; check for underground cables and services before digging; grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift; excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels; keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines; read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles. Requirements: • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
