Join our team: road roller operator (England)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a road roller operator in Borough of Bolton, England. The job is on an earthmoving and excavation site. You will carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension; grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift; read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles; top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects; stockpile and spread material to the required levels. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance • Understanding of safe digging near underground services • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. £2,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
