Urgent requirement: we are hiring a confectioner in Monmouth County, New Jersey. The job is at an in-store supermarket bakery. The role involves: • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
