Site labourer — Cooke County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a site labourer in Cooke County, Texas. You will be based with a civil contractor. You should have: • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it Day to day you will dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel; stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage; carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site; break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker; wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean; bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
