Join our team: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Wichita County, Texas. Your main tasks: • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well You should have: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting 2+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $3,200 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
