Now hiring: lathe programmer-operator (West Virginia)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a lathe programmer-operator in Grant County, West Virginia. The job is on the CNC turning shop floor. Your main tasks: • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part • Deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand You should have: • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code Rotating shifts.
