Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dogger in Hood County, Texas. The role involves establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area; guide loads through tight openings into their final position; fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads; rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position; set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads; direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket 1+ years on the tools preferred.
