Oven operator wanted in Otsego County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an oven operator in Otsego County, New York. On a typical shift you will knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Basic cake decorating and piping skills At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
