The role involves measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers; run first-off inspection and sign off the part; check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet; load and index turning tools in the turret. Requirements: • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
