Short order cook — Berkeley County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a short order cook in Berkeley County, West Virginia. On a typical shift you will keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Full-time with occasional weekends.
