Groundworker — Cass County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a groundworker in Cass County, Michigan. The job is on a road and bridge project. Day-to-day duties: • Bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns • Hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors • Erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up • Clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour • Stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage Requirements: • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it • Able to lift and carry heavy loads such as 50 kg cement bags all day • Able to follow the mason's and supervisor's instructions 6+ years on the tools preferred.
