Tower crane operator — Hampton County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a tower crane operator in Hampton County, South Carolina. The job is on a busy construction site. On a typical shift you will climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins; keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL); park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift; set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground; carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block. Requirements: • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) • Understanding of hand and radio signals At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
