Immediate opening: we are hiring a tile installer in Madison County, Illinois. Day-to-day duties: • Grout the joints and wipe off the excess with a damp sponge • Lay floor and wall tiles to plumb and level using a spirit level • Level large-format tiles with a tile levelling system • Run silicone sealant into corners and expansion joints • Set out the tile layout and snap reference lines with a chalk line • Match the tile pattern and coursing across the walls You should have: • Work neatly with minimal tile wastage • Physically fit for kneeling, bending and lifting tile boxes Overtime paid at a premium rate.
