Cold store insulation technician • Davis County, Utah

Now hiring: we are hiring a cold store insulation technician in Davis County, Utah. The job is on flat roofs and terraces. You will wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding; install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations; measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings; carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane 4+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $7,750 per project, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
