Marble cutter — Lee County

Now hiring: we are hiring a marble cutter in Lee County, Alabama. On the job you will handle: • Level and align slabs so joints stay tight and surfaces sit flat • Restore old marble by honing, crystallising and buffing back to finish • Grind and hone uneven floors flat before the final polish • Lift and handle heavy slabs safely using suction lifters and trolleys • Polish stone surfaces to a high gloss using diamond pads and polishing compound • Cut marble and granite slabs on a bridge saw with diamond blades What we are looking for: • Willing to work at heights for facade cladding • Able to read measurements, templates and cutting lists • Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy slabs Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Pay around $2,800 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
