Join our team: cold room technician (Texas)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a cold room technician in McCulloch County, Texas. The job is at a supermarket cold-chain site. You should have: • ITI or diploma in refrigeration / RAC trade • Comfortable handling refrigerant gases and gauge manifolds • Able to braze copper and silver-solder joints The role involves: • Fault-find control boards and defrost timers • Trace electrical circuits with a multimeter • Braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch • Check superheat and subcooling and trim the charge • Clean condenser and evaporator coils Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
