Rigger — Middlesbrough

Great opportunity: we are hiring a rigger in Middlesbrough, England. You will work on a high-rise building site. Your main tasks: • Direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio • Establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area • Tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear • Guide loads through tight openings into their final position • Set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads You should have: • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
