Day to day you will shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer; mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour; knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly; mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting; pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder.
