Powder spray gun operator — Emery County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Emery County, Utah. You will work in a busy paint shop. Day-to-day duties: • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well You should have: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Performance bonus on top of base pay.
