Sheet metal press operator — Los Angeles County

Now hiring: we are hiring a sheet metal press operator in Los Angeles County, California. The role involves: • Carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor • Record output and downtime on the production sheet • Clear scrap and offcuts from the die area • Operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses • Apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean • Load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards 2+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
