Head baker — Ionia County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a head baker in Ionia County, Michigan. The job is at a neighbourhood confectionery. You should have: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Accurate at weighing and following recipes You will load and unload the deck oven with a peel; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them.
