Now hiring: we are hiring a lathe operator in Barnwell County, South Carolina. The role involves key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature; report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter; record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet; monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift. You should have: • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges • Able to stand for long hours on the shop floor • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
