You should have: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day Your main tasks: • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date Part-time with flexible hours.
