Vacuum press operator — Dade County

Now hiring: we are hiring a vacuum press operator in Dade County, Missouri. On a typical shift you will set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics; clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents; sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number; fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press; hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing. You should have: • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine 2+ years on the tools preferred. $4,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
