Meat cutter • Suleja, Niger State

Vacancy available: we are hiring a meat cutter in Suleja, Niger State. You will be based at a wholesale meat market. You should have: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter You will mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
