Scullery hand — Cochise County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a scullery hand in Cochise County, Arizona. You will work at a banquet hall. You will help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift. What we are looking for: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
