Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE • Good eye for colour matching and blending Day-to-day duties: • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint • Apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
