Ideal candidate: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling The role involves: • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled 2+ years on the tools preferred.
