Urgent requirement: foundry labourer (Ohio)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a foundry labourer in Fairfield County, Ohio. The role involves inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects; skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring; operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant; pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles; tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle. Requirements: • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection • Experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry • Willing to wear full PPE such as heat-resistant apron, spats and visor Full-time with occasional weekends.
