Banksman — Adams County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a banksman in Adams County, North Dakota. The job is on a high-rise building site. You will establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area; take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings; rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position; attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks; inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use; carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle. Requirements: • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles 2+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around $3,900 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
