Short order cook wanted in Wright County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a short order cook in Wright County, Minnesota. Day to day you will monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes. Requirements: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
