Immediate opening: pipe lagger (Kansas)

Now hiring: we are hiring a pipe lagger in Marshall County, Kansas. You will be based on flat roofs and terraces. The role involves spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness; wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant; carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks; install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape. Ideal candidate: • Working-at-height certificate an advantage • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges • Able to read construction drawings and specifications At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
