Powder coating sprayer — Montrose County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Montrose County, Colorado. The job is on an industrial coating line. On the job you will handle: • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns Requirements: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
