Now hiring: we are hiring a wheel loader operator in Franklin County, Indiana. You will work in an open-cast mine. Day to day you will carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension; excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels; top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects; operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material. Ideal candidate: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Able to operate excavator, loader and dozer confidently Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
