Bakery assistant — Lincoln County

Now hiring: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Lincoln County, Minnesota. Requirements: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Your main tasks: • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
