Vertical milling machine operator — Mesa County

Join our team: we are hiring a vertical milling machine operator in Mesa County, Colorado. The job is at a fabrication and machining plant. Day-to-day duties: • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence You should have: • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery We offer $5,400 per month plus benefits.
