Vacancy available: we are hiring a cnc lathe operator in Monterey County, California. The job is in a job-work machining unit. On the job you will handle: • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes What we are looking for: • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls Full-time, day shift.
