Join our team: we are hiring a flatlock machine operator in Wayne County, Illinois. You will be based at a busy garment factory. The role involves press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges; keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line; set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality; attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet. Ideal candidate: • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus Meals and transport allowance provided.
