Immediate opening: we are hiring a café server in Butte County, California. The job is at a busy restaurant. Requirements: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems The role involves greet guests, seat them and present the menu; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; clear and reset tables between covers; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
