Now hiring: we are hiring a thermal insulation technician in Flagler County, Florida. You will work in lofts and crawl spaces. The role involves apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling; seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant; torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations; install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations. Requirements: • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
