Immediate opening: we are hiring a flatlock machine operator in Jasper County, Indiana. What we are looking for: • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line The role involves trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go; operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line; match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching; keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality. At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. $2,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
