Requirements: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Willing to work shifts and overtime Your main tasks: • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
