Ideal candidate: • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems The role involves handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins. ₦215,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
