Join our team: we are hiring a quality control inspector in Douglas County, Illinois. You will be based in a metal fabrication workshop. On the job you will handle: • Measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting • Log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data • Calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift Ideal candidate: • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping Full-time, day shift.
