Powder coating technician — Kingman County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Kingman County, Kansas. Day to day you will record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; degrease and clean metal parts before coating. What we are looking for: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Part-time with flexible hours.
