Head baker wanted in Owen County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a head baker in Owen County, Indiana. You will load and unload the deck oven with a peel; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch. You should have: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Food handler / hygiene certificate 6+ years on the tools preferred.
