PVC window assembler • Coryell County, Texas

Great opportunity: we are hiring a PVC window assembler in Coryell County, Texas. The job is at a busy uPVC fabrication workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile • Rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router • Fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam • Insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it • Install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter • Take site measurements of openings before fabrication Ideal candidate: • Comfortable handling and lifting glazed units safely • Able to read cutting lists and fabrication drawings Part-time with flexible hours.
