The role involves: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Score the top of loaves before baking • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing What we are looking for: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • 2+ years' experience as a baker 5+ years on the tools preferred.
