Semi-automatic welder — Franklin County

Join our team: we are hiring a semi-automatic welder in Franklin County, Massachusetts. You will be based on a structural steel site. Your main tasks: • Lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints • Clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead • Control distortion with a balanced welding sequence • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing Ideal candidate: • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
