Confectioner — Morrill County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a confectioner in Morrill County, Nebraska. You will be based at a café with an on-site bakery. You will decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer. You should have: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Pay around $2,600 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
